Carl Nielsen, as a young musician, wrote this charmingly chaotic/frenetic Fantasy for Oboe and Piano. Here is the second movement, performed with the wonderful Thomas Hammond on Oboe. It might suit a slightly tired morning when coffee just won’t quite cut it.
